Unterstützung Ausstattung Sozialräume / Support Equipment Social Room

Der Betriebsrat für das wissenschaftliche Personal unterstützt die Ausstattung von Sozialräumen (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Ventilator, Mikrowelle), sofern von der betreffenden OE der Antrag kommt und ein analoges Verhältnis zwischen den Nutzer:innen und den Kosten besteht (Antrag mit Rechnung bzw. Kostenvorstellung sowie Liste der Mitarbeiter:innen, die den Sozialraum nutzen). Wir ersuchen um formlose Anträge vorab an betriebsrat-1-med@i-med.ac.at

Natürlich sind die Inbetriebnahme und die Aufstellung durch die OE zu besichern, auch jemand Verantwortlicher für das Objekt ist zu benennen.

The works council for scientific staff supports the equipment of social rooms (coffee machine, kettle, fan, microwave), provided that the request comes from the relevant OE and there is an analogous relationship between the users and the costs (request with invoice or cost estimate and list of employees using the social room). We request informal applications in advance to betriebsrat-1-med@i-med.ac.at

Of course, the commissioning and installation must be secured by the OE, and someone responsible for the property must also be appointed.
