Company Kindergarten of the Medical University of Innsbruck

Dear families,
if you are interested in a childcare spot, please feel free to inquire about available places at the Department for Childcare and Work-Life Balance. Please send us the completed application along with a copy of the birth certificate via email to: vereinbarkeit@i-med.ac.at

The company kindergarten has been operated on behalf of the Medical University of Innsbruck by the „Kinderfreunde Tirol“ association since 2011. A total of 30 spots are available for children of staff, as well as children of students at the Medical University of Innsbruck (subject to availability) – divided into 2 groups with a maximum of 15 children each. The children are cared for by three trained kindergarten educators, three pedagogical assistants, and an additional assistant for language support on certain days.

  • Employment affiliation of at least one parent
  • Completion of the child’s third year of life until school entry

There is no legal entitlement to a place in the company kindergarten

Coordination is handled by the Work-Family Compatibility Department. Please send all registration documents to the following email address: vereinbarkeit@i-med.ac.at.
